Mass times may vary on feast days. For weekday Mass times, please consult the Weekly Bulletin.
From January 2026, Sunday Mass at Scarthingwell will be held on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month only. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
There will be no evening Mass at Scarthingwell on 3rd May as the 9.00am Mass will take place there and NOT at Sherburn. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Anyone requiring confession should approach Fr Henry directly, either by phone, email or in person on Sundays.
The map shows the parish boundary of St Joseph the Worker Sherburn-in-Elmet alongside that of St Benedict’s Garforth because since September 2023, the two parishes have been served by a single priest (Fr Henry Longbottom).
